Let's say Dan still owns the team.
1. He woud have fired Ron mid-season.
2. Picked up Chase's option.
3. Takes control of the roster and goes full early 2000's GM mode. Redskins One gassed and ready.
4. I think he hires Bienemy to be the head coach. On brand with his minority focus. He's not progressive in any way, just trying to continue garnering favor with the league.
5. I think he goes crazy in FA. Signing every vet he can get his hands on, regardless of age.

Tyron Smith at 32 gets a massive deal
6. At 12:01 he calls Russell Wilson and tries to convince him EB will reignite his career. If Russ says no, he trades this year's #1, both #2's, Jonathan Allen, next year's #1 to move up from three to one and takes Caleb.
Dan took it very personal when Jonathan Allen said he thought about leaving. He's very petty with things like that.
7. If Russ says yes, Dan is feeling real good about himself and calls it a day, allowing Bienemy to draft who he wants at 3 or 4.
8. Darrell Green's number is retired in the Ring of Fame at the "Homecoming Game." Of course Joe Gibbs is in attendance. Green's name on the ring of honor plaque is spelled Darrel Green, with one "L" instead of two. Commanders get blown out that day in front of a 70/30 visitor crowd.
9. The 30% is chanting "sell the team" the entire game. Dan is too scared to come out of the box to present Darrell, but is seen on TV in a XXXL Commanders hoodie.
10. Jason Wright is roundly booed at the half along with Major Tuddy.
11. Skins are 2-5 and Russ is struggling. Meanwhile Russ has his own trainers, his own office, and exclusive use of Dan's jet to fly back and forth to LA to be with Ciara during the week.
12. McLaurin has asked to be traded before the deadline.
13. Every female rights group in the area routinely protest in front of Fed Ex at every home game. This is before the report is released.
14. Sponsors continue to run from Dan. No one will give him a stadium and for the very first time, you hear little whispers of London, Toronto, or even San Antonio being in play.
