Other than that first drive for the Offense we’ve been pretty lackluster. At least the Defense is playing better but the lack of pressure on Trubisky is inexcusable.

Between the holding calls on Bolles and Yiadom killing us and our lack of pressure I don’t know if Broncos can win this game.

We’ll see how they respond with this Offensive drive but they need to do something.

Bears had the goldman and floyd bogus calls too that led us to 6 points. Just not a good officiating crew today.

Very poor call on Chubb.

Guy retching loss, but these Broncos showed me something with the late drive and the 2 point conversion. I feel pretty good about the Broncos - even with the tough loss at home.

I thought this was going to be a tough game for the Broncos to win considering the Offense is still getting their sea legs and the Bears have a great defense.

The team as a whole are making strides but a win needs to come soon and I don't know that in Green Bay is going to be the place, but that is the next opportunity.

Denver is going to be competitive all year but the team needs a win. Lose next week and the 0-3 is a big hole to dig out of.

I’m pretty sure about some things as well.

Bolles will always be turrible.
IRman will always be slow
We are really desperate for some ILBs
On the other hand, I don’t think we’ll go all year without getting a sack.

On the positive side. I thought Flacco played well enough to win. Other than the critical INT.
Simmons had quite an active game.
Manny (sorry about the name, DC) looked like he is back following his off-season surgery.
Risner looks like the best OL we have. Two games into his career.

I’m more hopeful long term. Worried that my 7-9 prediction was too optimistic.

Pretty bad how the refs influenced the end of that game, but you have to tip your hat to Chicago in that last 30 seconds.

Heart breaking and sickening loss.

Could be worse, at least I'm not a cyclone and Broncos fan.

As a Bear fan I think you got a great coach. Crazy ending. FK the refs all day. Football is dead if something is not done about the officiating.

Some positives from this game were:

• The offense was able to move the ball against a really good defense.
• The team as a whole showed fight and never gave up.
• Very few penalties if you ignore the Bolles’ onslot.

When James comes back I hope Bolles goes to the bench.

I didn’t get to watch the game this week, but did follow along on the ESPN game cast. Checked in a few times throughout the afternoon.

On Bolles’ holding I can’t be too upset. Holding is a fake penalty. I’ve felt this way ever since 2015 and have to say it at least once a season. Until I see it called on Broncos opponents, which has been astoundingly rare since 2015, I will consider it a fake penalty.

Bolles has 17 accepted holding penalties in 34 games. Far and away the worst in the league since 2017.
