They are still great and Rock N' Roll is making a huge comeback. Rock On !

Here is the Jimmy Kimmel show that Van Halen did. I really loved this. I play it over and over again. Can't wait to see them this summer. It would be cool to see bands like Aerosmith, Bruce Springsteen, and AC/DC do the Kimmel show like this.

It would be cool if they had a late night Rock show on Friday or Saturday nights on TV and showcase bands spreading the love of music. They used to have that show The Midnight Special where they showcased the best talent around. Cool show..they should bring something like that show back. I would watch a show like that. Music brings people together..that crowd for Van Halen was Awesome. That was cool of Kimmel to put that gig together. Bravo !

Saw them twice in the early 80s in Spokane, WA. Touring #2 and Fair Warning. On the floor was squarely hit with vomit from the balcony during the second concert and still consider it the best concert I've ever seen. Ya, they were that good!

I remember listing to them on a shiny newly/installed [cassette-machine] in my buddy's 64 mustang back in 79, he got his driver's permit first,...."running with the devil" ...was always ~blaring~ in that vehicle.....*sigh/memories~..!

Thanks but I like the story telling part of it. Just doing my own thing.
