Spieth is 4 shots away from Tiger's record at Augusta. Can he get to -20?


I'm thinking he shoots 70/71 tomorrow and 73 sunday, but he might go off. After losing the playoff last week, that might have him dialed in for days. You would think one would run out of putts eventually.. We will see

History shows that it's almost impossible to put together 4 solid rounds at the Masters. And when you start sliding at the Masters, it's hard to stop the bleeding. As recently as 2011, McIlroy led the Master's by 4 heading into the final round.

He blew up and finished right off the leader board. It's tough. It's one of these places where your nerves can jump you in a hurry. Much luck to the 21 year old Spieth, though. Maybe he'll be the exception to the rule. I'll stick with the proven contenders though...

Rose I can see.. But who else has done anything in a major? 6-7 shot lead is a lot when you are in the zone.

Well I guess my prediction of Woods demise was a little premature. Dude's creeping up. He still has to show that he can put 4 rounds together before I'll say he's back though.

Great scoring conditions today. If Spieth comes out flat today this could be a crazy finish.
