There’s that fucking bum again. I swear he sucks.
Any regular season success he has will never make up for his no show in the NLDS. He's gonna have to do it in the postseason or it means nothing.

Do it in October.
What if he carries this team to October? Does he get credit while Acuna and Riley continue to strikeout and we still have no pitchers after Soroka and Fried?

Whatever. One player doesn’t lose you a game. Never has. This isn’t golf or tennis. It’s a team sport.

Do it in October. You must not have watched the NLDS.

I mean I get the frustration with the playoff shit. But it’s complete BS in my opinion to dismiss anything he does in the season. This is a huge game in this shortened season, even with the expanded playoffs. This team has been playing like ass most of this season. And Freddie, along with Soroka, are putting the team on their backs tonight.

When you're the face of the franchise, you carry the load, and you produce when it counts.

And he has except once? Twice? Three times? Heaven forbid!
I was his biggest fan before last year's NLDS, he lost me. He can get me back with a good postseason performance, but the fact will always remain that he no showed in our best shot for a WS we've had since the early 2000's, and might be the best one we have in a while.

That fucking stung and I'm pretty jaded about it.

I think we miss Eric Young more than we realize. Our base running has been terrible this season.

That made Lonnie Smith’s base running look superb.
