We'll draft a RB and a WR the first 2 picks. I'm sure of it.

3 plays of less that a yard and they couldn't convert. And this is against the 25th ranked rushing defense in the League. Absolutely pathetic!

When is the last time we significantly invested in the interior O-Line (Steinbach?). Kramer is right - Mike Brown doesn't value those positions, and that has a negative impact on the field. Center and guard play wins short yardage. We don't have either.

Extending Cook was a bad idea....we need to replace all three interior positions before next season starts.....

BTW -- This same problem cost us the New Orleans game last year and also has contributed to our inability to run the clock at the end of the game. It absolutely needs to be addressed.

It won't be.

We'll use some 4th rounders on a guard. We'll use the high picks on RB's, WR's, CB, and QB's...that's just the way it goes. It's the way it's always been. It's not going to change.

I'd say there's a better chance we draft a QB before we draft an OL in next years draft.

We definitely have a bunch of hacks at the interior line positions.....after seeing McGlynn play I now understand why Livings has a starting job.......even back in the day when we had a good line, we got lucky with late round draft picks like Kozerski and Montoya.....and how bad must Boling be, if he can't see the field now?

Which only strengthens Mikey's stance on drafting O-lineman. He thinks to himself that every time he uses a high pick on one that the guy doesn't live up to expectations so why bother....Andre Smith anyone???

We may sign a FA or 2 to play there. That's probably the best route to go anyway.

Whit and Cook are locks. I say we re-sign Smith simply because it's the easy route. Bobbie Williams will probably be back...so, yeah, there's only 1 guard spot available.

I think Bobbie is done......they at least need two guards, then maybe they could live with Cook....I know he's going to be here, since Mikey always honors contracts, right?

It requires less effort. Mikey can't even be bothered to go buy a new car FFS.

I would have no issue taking two guards in the first. We all know that we're not picking up a noteworthy FA to play there and both LG and RG need upgrades. DeCastro and Glenn.

Never gonna happen.
