I got to meet Jim Clack back in the early 80s at a trade show......Talked to him about 30 minutes...He even let me wear his Super Bowl ring...

I love that we don't have them. I take a lot of pride in being a fan of a franchise that is not about gimmicks & flare to sell tickets.

I see no need for them

I can see the reasoning and appeal of that approach... Personally my favorite extra for my skins is our band and song very recognizable, upbeat and I just LOVE how it can annoy other teams... HTTR

Jim Clack! Wow I haven't heard that name in a minute. He only let you wear 1 SB ring huh? He should have 2!

Not to 1 up ya... But Rocky Blier let me put on all 4 of his rings a few years back.

They still do an amazing amount of public works within the DMV area. Great guys. Pretty sure, even tho officially retired, I've seen shots on TV of a few of them still there in their season ticket holding seats. Not sure if they're dressing anymore however, at least not the originals... Some passed on the tradition to their younger brethren skins loyals...

That's pretty damn cool to see them passing the torch. Every fanbase needs these types of guys out supporting their team & community.
