B. The Bridge on the River Kwai > B. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid

I will not argue your other choices...

It's a tough call. Both great movies. Bridge on the River Kwai is a great epic drama, Butch Cassidy one of the best comedies.

I liked Bridge better but I bet it's a generational thing.

I can see that for Star Wars and Indy, but Kill Bill? That was written as a single movie, but was just too long to release all at once.

Ultimately, I think you are right, and Kill Bill and The Hobbit (And Matrix 2 and 3, although they do not belong anywhere near this list) are just oddities that we just need to deal with.

I just fear that KB will lose out because of split votes. KB 2, IMHO, was the better of the two, but I have a very hard time separating the two.

The visuals were SOOOO impressive. The story sucked, but I still believe it was a good pick for best pic...
