Walk off walk and walk off GS in this series, they both equal losses. Ogando pitched his tail off and this team let him down as they have with good pitching efforts the whole second half. They dont deserve a WC spot. They would only suck in that 1 game too

My point is and is always that regardless I want the hitters to earn their hit. I'd feel slightly bit shittier if he walked him home and gave him a freebie. At least he actually had to hit it and did. Yes we lose in both instances but They better damn sure earn it.

I think it's both the roster makeup and how they were used. This team has talent but the offense is just bad. They have their moments but they're bad. I've accepted that. I think organizationally the ball was dropped in multiple areas.

They don't play well at the same time. The pitching has had up and down performances as well as the offense the last month. They are disjointed. They've played well enough to win more than 84 games.

I get the point of making a guy beat you and not walking in the winning run, but you can't get to that count in the at bat with the bases loaded. Everyone watching knew what pitch was coming 3-2. if you are ok with giving the guy a pitch to hit to make him beat you throw it earlier in the at bat and maybe the result is different

You know what makes me sad - the 2010 -2012 Rangers will go down with the late 60's Cubs, mid 80's Red Sox, mid 90's Indians, and late 90's Mariners as great teams that just didn't have enough to get it done. The 2014 Rangers will need to be new generation Ranger team...the current generation has grown old and tired..

We may not have any business being in the playoffs but if somehow we nut up and sneak in and have an epic playoff run then whatever we did up to this point will mean zilch.
