solid 1st period and great PK work, though I though buffalo really played the 5 on 3 very poorly. nice shot from pickles and great job from patty to stay in the goalie's eyes and not try to get out of the way. That goal was as much patty as pickles, so that's nice and man did they need that PP goal big time. Jones looked great, so we'll see.

I missed yesterday's game, but it sounded like they were pretty dominated but got friendly opposition goaltending from howard.

I would sure love to see them rip off 10 in a row and shut me up. both buffalo and Detroit are both bubble teams (both currently out of the POs) so they are the kinds of teams that the sharks have handled.

Sharks look out of gas in the 2nd. Gotta play better in the third.

yeah, figured their consistency woes would show. Bit of a weak goal, but another lack of 60 minute effort, and another minus for PM. Makes up for the nice PP screen in the first.

Holy crap! What a hit by Wingels. Girgensons put himself in a terrible position, but that was legit and gets the sharks a PP. Nice

as patty gets his + back. What a game from pickles. a goal, a crossbar and 2 pts. patty had a gimmie goal, but pickles and hertlo really made it happen.

The point for buffalo is meaningless, and the OT win (not SO) is good, so nice they took 4 pts from buf and det.

Martin Jones, though he gave up one so-so one, he stood on his head with many top saves. Gotta have that.
