Starting flex-PPR

I am picking between Terrance Williams, Cecil Shorts, and Deandre Hopkins, or I could go RB with either Terrance West or Bernard Pierce. As of right now I'm starting Williams, but espn projects Shorts higher (not that that really means anything).

I'd slso go with Williams. Pierce a close second, but the PPR clinches it gor TW.

That's what I was thinking. I also have ray rice so I will probably consider playing him in that spot once he is no longer suspended.
