I wanted to give up on it last season, but this season looked promising, so I decided to give it one more shot.

At this point, I am too far into it to give up now, but I will not make the same mistake next season.

Has Americans started back up yet? I recently moved, so I had to re-program my dvr, and I totally forgot about this one. Truthfully, though, it is rather low on my priority list, but this season looks like it could be good (The daughter will be recruited to join)

As for True Detective, I don't think they have started filming, have they? I believe they are still finalizing casting.

Right now, I am binge watching The Blacklist to try to get caught up for when the new episodes start around the Super Bowl.

Also waiting for Justified to come back on in a couple of weeks for it's final season.

got completely caught up on The Good Wife last night

great cast and acting, imo.

writing not up to par with AMC's prime shows or the best of HBO, but i think a big part of that is that it's 22 episodes per season instead of 12-13. if The Good Wife had been picked up by AMC or HBO/SHOWTIME, i think it would have been a little better.

I'll start...

Recently I started watching Hannibal the tv series

Always been a huge fan of Anthony Hopkin's portrayal of Hannibal Lecter so I was skeptical when they wanted to do a prequel story and translate it to tv.

So far Hannibal has not disappointed and lives up to the hype. It follows Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) as he solves serial killer cases. Dr. Lecter is his psychiatrist and assists him along the way while psycho analyzing him every chance he gets. Mads Mikkelsen is a perfect casting as Dr. Lecter. There's lot of gore and frightening images. Definitely not a show for the weak stomach

it's a brilliant show

i can't believe it's allowed on network tv....truly hair-raising gruesomeness. never enough to take me out, though.

i think season 2 goes down a pretty absurd path, but it's done so well, i want to see more!

I'm rewatching Adam-12.
Just saw the one where Fat Charlie is organizing street racing while the local Drag Strip Operator won't let the punks run there. Reed and Malloy are forced to play both ends.

It's great seeing all the old cars in that show.
