One show I just started re-watching that I think is great and very under-rated is Da Vinci's Demons. I watched the 1st season then sort of forgot about it and just re-watched Season 1 and am about to start season 2.
It's about a 25 year old Da Vinci (played by an actor probably in his early 30s) and some of Italian historical figures during his time, and Da Vinci's supposed political allies etc. There are some mild supernatural undertones as well. Clearly it's not intended to be a historical documentary but has a good mix of fact and fiction to make it entertaining.
I have others on my DVR, but the "main" shows I watch right now (in no particular order; These are just the shows that I try to watch ASAP once they are in my queue)...
Walking Dead
Game of Thrones
S.H.I.E.L.D.
Arrow
Flash
Gotham
Suits
Archer
Southpark
NCIS
NCIS: LA
Some recent shows I have removed from my DVR...
Scorpion
Resurrection
Red Band Society
Hells Kitchen
CSI
Sons of Anarchy (not a negative, just no longer on TV)
White Collar (no longer on TV)
American Horror Story (I will remove after the current season -- I am done with it)
