A Seahawk RB injured? What are the odds?

I feel like Marshawn put a curse on the Hawks lol. "I'll teach you to throw on the one yard line with me in the backfield!" lol

Our RB's have been Lynched!

This is like his 3rd time testing positive for Covid on top of being suspended once and demoted by the Broncos because of another incident. He got suspended for convincing the QB's to break Covid protocols back in 2020 and then last year showed up to practice after hanging out with his girl friend who tested positive. Didn't tell the team and started a run of Covid through the organization because he didn't want to tell anyone.

JJAW is garbage. Can't catch and doesn't understand how to run routes.
Sure, but he was Jimmy Graham in college but the Eagles used him like he was Tyler Lockett or Will Dissly.

Wouldn't have mattered if the Eagles used him like Jimmy Graham, still can't run a route or catch.

Graham couldn’t run a route to save his life, catching can be an issue sure but Jerry Rice couldn’t “catch” either.

So what did Jimmy do that made him successful in NO?

Carroll also said the ankle sprain suffered by offensive lineman Damien Lewis on Thursday is more of a “basketball” sprain and not a high-ankle sprain. Carroll said Lewis isn’t immediately popping back but it’s not as severe as it first seemed when he was taken off the field on a cart.

That is great news...

I haven't been able to follow the preseason as closely as usual, but what happened to Swain?

Blair and Swain cut. Both a bit surprising but not shocking.

Still waiting to hear about Collier's fate.

Wow, JJ Arcega-Whitside comes in via trade and then cut? Seems a bit weird, especially since we sent away Ugo Amadi who might have been able to get some early season reps here with our banged up CB group.

Letting Swain go is at least a mild surprise, but I hope that means the coaches believe in the health and ability of Dee Eskridge. He has a combo of juice and elusiveness that is unique to our WR corps, and he's definitely got the skillset for those WR screens and jet sweeps that we've seen the Rams do so effectively (often against us) over the last few years.

And I am almost surprised to see Justin Coleman not make team. He was nails in his first tour of duty here, and I figured he was brought back to be the reliable nickel specialist. We must really like Woolen & Bryant.

He had a horrible preseason... Muffed punts, dropped passes...

JJAW is a horrible WR. The shock was they traded for him but not surprised he got cut.

It was being heavily reported that Amadi was going to get cut. They traded him for another likely camp casualty in hopes that they could get something from him. Both teams got nothing out of it.

Letting Swain go is at least a mild surprise, but I hope that means the coaches believe in the health and ability of Dee Eskridge. Swain had some moments by he's going into his 3rd year and if he hasn't shown much improvement, it's probably best to move on and hope to find some gold in the free agent rubble.

And I am almost surprised to see Justin Coleman not make team. He was nails in his first tour of duty here, and I figured he was brought back to be the reliable nickel specialist. We must really like Woolen & Bryant.

From what I've read, Woolen has really impressed. Coleman probably wasn't interested in being a dime back.

Blair never recovered fully from his injury and he use to be a thumper, not so much now. I feel bad for the kid.
