Not including today's game (that Grandy's homered in), here's his last 41 games:

His line's now at a respectable .227/.342/.400 and 106 OPS+. It was .129/.242/.212 on April 27. Somewhat surprisingly, Grandy's tied with Murphy for the 2nd best WAR among Mets position players at 1.4. Lagares leads them with 2.6 (mostly because of his defense). Wright rates at 0.9 wins right now, his offensive numbers have fallen off a cliff thus far. 60 point OPS+ drop from last year (156 in 2013, 96 this year).
