There's something about how quickly a beer gets warm in a can that really bugs me. You can nurse a bottled beer longer and enjoy it more in my opinion. Something about the hoppy beers mixing with the sort of metallic taste from cans doesn't go over well with me.

Pour it into a glass. The metalic taste is a fallacy, the can does not impart taste into the beer. If you taste metal it is the can touching your tongue and your mind making you think you taste metal.

More beer that will fit (stack) in the cooler. Sounds like I may be looking into them once the summer comes around and possible beach vacations.

Doesn't taste terrible out of a can but if you truly believe there's no difference than we'll have to agree to disagree. The only reason cans exist is because it's chesper. No I'm not brainwashed or falling for a cliched stigma, this is truth as far as I'm concerned. If there really was no difference breweries would switch entirely to cans.

If two identical beers were poured for you into a glass, one out of a can, and one out of a bottle, could you tell the difference?

Probably, but we're talking drinking out of a can vs drinking out of a bottle. Drinking out of a bottle is more enjoyable. I will fight all of you.

All beer of flavor should be poured into a glass. If you drink from a bottle or can, you're doing it wrong. You aren't getting the flavor of the beer.

Sam Adams is simply getting with the times. Some of the best beers in the world are canned.
