I don't know about that! I was never at an off field function with any football coach.

I wouldn't be fired for doing what he did and neither would most of you, but we aren't representing an institution in a very public way. And this wasn't an office party, it was an annual event that had families and children present. It was a chance to put the teams best foot forward to gain support and get people geared up for the season. This incident did the opposite. Now his drinking is all they are talking about. Of course that makes it a terminable offense.

Good comment, and as an USC fan I agree with you. I think Sarks should be fined or suspended for a game or two, but it appears that he has a problem and he is seeking help. IMO, Sarks deserve another chance, but Haden has to keep him on a short leash.

we dont know is right. I dont think it's a firing offense, but in my opinion he's got some issues...Hopefully he can honestly look at this, learn from it and move forward.
