what's the story on Jabari Blash? He's 26 but he has some impressive minor league power stats---is he considered a prospect?

He is a rule 5 pick. Has lots of power but does not hit for average. Big guy, 6'5' tall. Listed as outfielder Dh in the minors. Might be an indication that he is a sub-par fielder. Not a lot of info available on this guy.
