Our leadership sucks on this team from the coaching staff, down to the players. I don't know why, I guess it's the old man in me, but Justin Simmons on the interception with the early celebration and taking his helmet off really pissed me off. We're lucky that didn't backfire on us. He could've scored on the play as the one Washington player did have the angle on him, but Simmons slowing down and putting the ball up was ridiculous to me. A cut inside to make the player miss as he was the only one around him. Just shows you a veteran player losing his head that Denver is paying an enormous amount of money.

A win is a win especially with all the injuries. Yada, yada, yada.

Legitimate observations. I’ve had the same thoughts regarding leadership.

We won 4 wins against bad teams. Simmons can you show up against good teams like you can for bad ones asking for a friend. I'm so numb wins like this do nothing for me knowing their is an elephant in the room. Did like the new guys play today.

Glad to have win, but incredibly - an embarrassing win considering the astonishing number of errors the Broncos made at the end.

At least most of the guys tried to win this game.

Death by inches - I'm still goodbye Fangio and the coaches, but hoping for - somehow - 6 more wins for a playoff berth.

Remarkably, we’re still in this. Agree with your post. I think Fangio is a good defensive coach, a seasoned football guy …..but he just doesn’t strike me as clever, cunning or calculating. The aforementioned three Cs are the juice that make a good head coach IMO. Fangio don’t even strike me as anything above average intelligence.

My main gripe with Fant is the overarching appearance that he doesn’t want to get dirty. A talented athlete that isn’t a good football player.

I think Schottenheimer was fired after going 14-2 one year with the Chargers. Of course he had multiple years of making it first before he was canned.

I was just going to post this I would still fire staff even getting playoff spot.
