RB chaos

Weird week for me, too many options here. Right now, I'm in the thinking that I "must" start Bernard and Tate.... (no flex)

RB1: Bernard (vs Cle) -- start him, he puts up 6, bench him he goes for 15
RB2: Tate (vs Oak) -- ribs getting better? too good of a matchup?

Bench
Ivory (@Buf) -- Bills are usually better at home, but they can be gashed sometimes
Vereen (@Car) -- return of the X factor...can't really run on the Panthers, bad for Ridley...Vereen in space?
Ogbonnaya (@Cin) -- McGahee likely out of the picture? no Atkins for the Bungals...
MJD (vs Ari) -- not a chance!


any objections? (trade deadline is over)

Tough. I like Bernard; this week I'll probably start him in half of my leagues (see that? solves the 6/15 problem). Tate is a pretty iffy proposition. Vereen is even iffier. I might actually lean toward the Irish guy, O'Bannire. What's nice about starting both RBs in the Bengals/Browns game is that no matter what kind of game it is they should still get touches because of their involvement in the passing game.

I would go benard and ivory... The Jets will always be a run first team... And right now Ivory is the hot hand... Of all those players ivory is most likely to get 20 carries and 100 yards...

Good! Vereen is the only other guy I would consider and IMO he is in wait and see mode.........unless you're me and don't have a choice! Good luck.

Sometimes it's better to not have a choice. I can't see Ridley running very well, so I see lots of potential for Vereen this week. GL2U2!

I think Tate and Gio are the best two.

Ivory is good some games, and then others he gets like 4 touches. You just can't start him unless you are desperate.

I also can't see starting Ogbannaya over any of these guys. Mcgahee is playing.

You have it right. Vereen should have a great game against Denver especially since Ridley lost another fumble last week.

Do you think he'll have a better game than Charles, Forte or Andre Brown? I'm currently starting those three (RB1, RB2 and flex) with Vereen and Miller on the bench. Would you start Vereen over Brown?

Or: Vereen (@Hou)? On one hand, SV is likely good for a 5 catch floor, but will he need 10 against the Texans?

p.s. I'm not benching Rivers for dumb rookies anymore! Still in 1st but it's now down to a one game lead.
