I still don't understand the signing of Nunez and I'd like to see him gone. Tocci does a heck of a nice job in CF. But he's totally over-matched at the plate. And if I remember correctly, he can't be sent down.

I really wanted to see Rua get a chance to play everyday for a couple of months anyway to see if we had something to move forward with in 2019 or cut bait. But it just doesn't look like it's in the cards for him to prosper here.

I read a rule 5 guy can be kept if on active roster 90 days and DL rest of the time if legit. Maybe that is what is gonna happen with Tocci.
