I think Banny is going to play Odor, no matter how bad he is. Like he did last year.

When DDJ injured himself, Banny said he was going to use a combination of RUA and Robinson in CF. I don't think he played 1 game out there. Then when Elvis was injured and he said Profar would play SS and Rua would play some 2B, he didn't play any there either. Then they signed Nunez and he hasn't sniffed the field.

I just don't see him sitting him. There is no way he should have played him in 162 games last and a good manager wouldn't have. And Banny stated earlier Odor is our 2B, when someone questioned about how long they would stick with him.

I disagree. Hey, he's got a lot to prove, and I get it. But we've invested a lot in him, he's young, and he produces, offensively anyway, where I'd go with him for an extended period in 2018.

To me he is just not good enough on either side of the fence and should not play b/c FO screwed up giving him the contract. That makes it political and doesn't give the team their best chance to improve/win.
