Bryce Petty taking over Jets QB

last season, in a 3 game stretch of Petty starts, Robby Anderson turned 29 targets into a 14/240/2 stat line
think I might still roll with Robby vs the saints next week, see how things turn out.

either way, I have the Jets pegged for at least 45 pass attempts next week, if not 55

If Petty starts then R. Anderson is a good choice if your in a pinch for a WR. Petty only looks at one receiver during play and Anderson is his guy.

Anderson is a good WR choice regardless of who is starting. He has been solid the last 6 or 7 weeks.

I'm trying to get the Saints defense. Only kid in the playoffs with a higher waiver claim already has the lions at home against the Bears.

Other league Robby Anderson becomes my 5th wr with Mccown out. Which means he's on the bench unless you don't like AJ, Julio, Gordon or Hogan more?

My early 2018 FF standard top 24

1. Todd Gurley
2. Le'Veon Bell - If he stays in Pitt and Ben is back i'm sure some will have him #1
3. David Johnson - Sounds like Arians is gone depending on who they get could move him down, plus his ARZ has an uncertain QB situation
4. Ezekial Elliott
5. Antonio Brown - If Ben or Bell leave i'll be dropping him down if both leave he will be off my board
6. Lesean McCoy
7. Melvin Gordon
8. Kareem Hunt
9. Devonta Freeman
10. Odell Beckham
11. Jordan Howard
12. Julio Jones

13. Alvin Kamara - He really scares me and i'm sure someone will like him more than i do expecting Jeremy Hill like 2nd year hype
14. Mark Ingram - in the unlikely situation he gets 1st team all-pro status and can opt out of his contract it probably bumps him and Kamara up a little
15. Deandre Hopkins
16. Rob Gronkowski
17. Tyreek Hill
18. Saquon Barkley - Recent rookie success he's going to be hyped
19. Kenyan Drake
20. Travis Kelce
21. AJ Green
22. Josh Gordon
23. Zach Ertz
24. Mike Evans

Rookie running backs Derrius Guice and Nick Chubb will probably be getting some pretty good hype too

If anyone lost their championship game in week 16, you may take comfort in knowing that week 16 was the worst statistical week of 2017, fantasy-wise.

Of all skill players (combined) that scored more than ZERO, the average fantasy score (standard) was 6.4 points. The lowest average of all 16 weeks.
Even if we limit this to the top 200 fantasy players, the average was a dismal 6.9 points.

The best statistical fantasy week was week 3. Of the 300 skill players who recorded more than zero, they averaged 7.6 points. And among the top 200 skill players, the average was 9.6 points.

Useless information, I know.

Especially useless when you consider that someone HAD to win in your match up with the same shitty stats. It becomes more of an insight kind of thing, going with a gut feeling instead of going with the guys who got you there.

Nice to see this keeps the chit chat going.

I’ll move Hopkins up past Julio and Odell if Watson is ready week 1

Hope he does something for more than a yr. .... :suds:

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Jon Gruden's new deal with the Raiders is worth "about $100 million" over 10 seasons.

I agree. After REALLY watching Hopkins this year I think he is the best WR in the league..............some of the catches he made this year were crazy.....................

1) it amazes me Buffalo has tried to implode on itself (management) yet may advance in the playoffs.
2) I'm predicting that Alex Smith signs with Jacksonville. Quick fix for a team ready to win a championship.

Gonna be be interesting how all the coaching changes affect teams and fantasy players going forth. Along with trades, the draft and the unknown whatever else. ..... the 'off-season' will be a busy time in dynasty and prep for next season. ....

True.
Bortles is a head-scratcher. He went from top 5 QB to Johnny Manziel in a year.
