I think it makes the most sense, as much as I would love them to stay they just don't have the clout to command a new stadium in Oakland, obsolete as the Coliseum is.

Now San Diego sharing an LA venue really stinks the deal up IMO, so one team or the other needs to strike a deal in their current home.
