Getting like Roger. except with a different surface. He will not go crazy on HCs until after Wimby.

Good. Won't have to watch him picking his butt for a while.

From the article:

"We are disappointed that Rafa will not be able to compete for the title at this year's BNP Paribas Open," tournament director Tommy Haas said in a statement. "We wish him all the best for a speedy recovery and hope to see him back in action at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden next year."

When did Tommy Haas become a tournament director?

How can he be a tournament director if he's still playing?

Ok, it says he retired here:

Tommy Haas ends career: 'Last match I won on tour will be against Federer'

Ok, this article says that he can be a player and a tournament director. He just can't play in that tournament.

And it also talks about his retirement.

I liked Haas. Nice complete game.

Maybe this is the year Federer can beat Nadal at the French Open? Although I wish it wasn't because Nadal was coming back from injury.

It would still be cool to see Federer beat a healthy Nadal on clay, again.
