IMO, the best way to rip the band-aid off is to tell Ben - it's time. He needs to retire. I don't think it is in the best interest of the franchise to try and work this out and kick additional dollars down the road.

The big reason I think this is because of the reported cap for 2021. Again, if true, the cap of $175 would put Pitt $27M over the cap with just 35 players accounting for that amount. When you figure having to fill the roster out, any impending F/A that they would need to re-sign that they do want back for another 3-4 years, and factoring in the chance of the cap not rebounding much in 2021, at least not past the current $198M - kicking any amount of money down the road for another year, or two, for just 1 more season from a clearly compromised Ben for a team that is likely going to need to go through a transition...

Bottom line - even if Ben restructures, I don't think they have enough cap wiggle to put enough talent around Ben to make it worth while for another "last run".

Maybe I'm wrong on that...again, I'm not the most savvy with the cap - just what I see on the surface.
My first instinct is he should hang them up now, too.

That’s not very cash money
I believe the 'fat stacks' pick at the beginning of the year was the Cowboys winning their division and the Rams finishing last place.

(We're making fun of Handicappers, right?)

I’m not sure I don’t really bet or follow that kinda stuff.

It's still Ben at the moment.....He has 2 SB rings and lots of wins under his belt and the rest are trying to get to a SB yet.....
If you are talking future , then it's Baker or 1-2 Jackson...My bet is Baker will be , LJ is an accident waiting to happen and can't win a game with his arm.....

Claypool might be mentally challenged.

“If the Browns won with more class, then I wouldn’t have been so salty” LOL

Are the Browns the ones that forced Juju to trash Cleveland?
Did the Browns make him say, “the Browns is the Browns”?

Then he said, “The is an OLD interview happening right after the fact. Talked to some friends on the browns and it’s all love! Hoping them nothing but the best for the rest of the playoffs! Go rep the division!”

It sounds like he is a sore loser and liar. I didn’t think one loss could bring out the Steeler in him lol. He was also the guy bragging about being 11-0 and they won’t lose.

Well you are not only a loser but a sore loser, Clay!
