For Christ's sake... dive for the fumble when the game is on the line.
Uhm...yeah.
This.
Do not get me wrong.
I do not like the signing.
Just for the price, I do note hate the signing.

My bottom line is this. The more I have time to stew on this signing the more I'm starting to love it. The Pats are not going to ask Cam to be the hero like his previous team and risk injury every game. We have great RB's, who can also catch, to make the plays. Cam needs to run the offense and, sure, pick up the occasional yards with his legs when there's minimal risk of getting killed in the open field. Contrary to popular opinion, I think we have a great offense when nearly everybody is healthy. Cam will use it to his great advantage.

Pats defeat KC again at KC in the AFCCG and advance to another Super Bowl.
Assuming, of course, there's a season.
So Cam's medical issues were his shoulder and ankle. He was know for arm strength and mobility. There is some basic math here that eluding me.
1. Please dress like a man
It is surprising that he signed for so little. But it was his choice and he didn't have much leverage. I wonder if his agent sent a note to every team telling them how low he was willing to sign. I bet a team or 2 would have offered more. Again, that was Cams choice.Simple math is that he has $1 mil to prove that he has healed up and can be the athletic QB he once was.
Or go home if he can't beat out Hoyer for the clip board holder position.
If he is healed up, he will need to put his everything into it to be #1 and working for next years payday.

Certainly there was a few teams who would have given him more. I imagine Cam and his agent wanted a starting opportunity and were willing to take less in order to get it. He had no leverage to ask for more plus a chance at starting.Shefter (who is usually right for a talking head) said he had nowhere else to go.
It was either hang them up or go prove it for dirt fuckin cheap.

I agree. I think he narrowed down his choices and accepted a low off. Sherman needs to shut the fuck up with his insinuating that he was paid so little because he is black. He had zero leverage and went to a team he can start for and make the playoffs. But what were the chances of him walking into a situation where the team is already very good and a likely playoff team with a decent QB(which he believes he is)?
If he starts and takes the Pats to the playoffs(which is a likely scenario) then his offers next year will likely be significantly higher.
I still gave your comments a winner for the first two items. Why do you care how he dresses or if he wears anything at all (other than the legal ramifications keeping him off the field)? My bottom line is this.
1. He came dirt Fn Cheap
2. More QB Competition
2. Please dress like a man
Given your details here I say fair enough. I'm not a fan of the "flaming" attitude, but only because I don't like any attitude that thrusts someone above others. I don't care what you do behind doors and I don't care if two individuals are modestly affectionate in public, regardless of the combination. I find strength in happiness, especially happiness without arrogance.Yeah.
This.
I honestly do not care what a man or woman does behind closed doors.
I have had more than a few friends that are gay, guys and girls. I don't care.
Unless you flame it.
Cannot stand that shit.
