Abnormally Average
Pick 6
There are always break out teams - but I like your list. I took KC instead of Oakland. The NFC is tougher to predict1. NE
2. PIT
3. HOU
4. OAK
5. LAC
6. JAX
I have a feeling this won't hold up, but what the hell.
Same group but different order for me...1. NE
2. PIT
3. HOU
4. OAK
5. LAC
6. JAX

AFC is still a bit of a dumpster fire in that the dropoff from the top seeds to the bottom is drastic. The NFC is a much tougher conference right now. AFC is still on the rebound. There are always break out teams - but I like your list. I took KC instead of Oakland. The NFC is tougher to predict
Am I crazy or did the Jaguars beat the Steelers twice last year?NE and Pitt!
Does it really matter who else cause we haven't seen a change out of the AFC for a while now......

Am I crazy or did the Jaguars have the Pats beat, too, but then they went all 'prevent' against Brady?
In short- no. But if he plays merely not-terrible and the Jags are the best team in the league. Most dangerous AGS team in the league.I know but, but can Bortles be that guy?

I worry a lot more about the defense than I do an otherwise stacked Andy Reid offense. If the Chiefs miss the playoffs, I would be stunned to learn the Chiefs had an even average defense.I'm a Mahomes fan, but not sure about the playoffs in his 1st yr starting.
Mahomes is a big wild card but the Chiefs defense is just as big of a Wild Card. They maybe had the worst defense in football at the end of last year and found a way to make the playoffs. The D is also going to get tested early with the first two games being Chargers and Steelers. Chargers don't have any TEs any more and KC should have Eric Berry back so that might not actually be too bad for KC.I'm a Mahomes fan, but not sure about the playoffs in his 1st yr starting.

My issue with the Ravens is pretty much the same issues I have with the Jags. I went with the Ravens ultimately because I think that they got a solid backup plan when and if Flacco predictably fails. If the Steelers were a stock, I'd be telling everyone to sell right now.
No Ryan Shazier, Bell slowed down a little last year, Ben getting older, lots of tight games last year, AB played out of his mind last year, didn't win a playoff game. I think the Ravens are a much bigger threat to the division then tHoopla thinks.
I do think they have one more run in them but I dont think they're as solid going into this season as they have been the past couple of seasons.
Yeah, there are a lot of teams in the AFC where you go 'yeah, they look good....but the Quarterback...' and its easy to fall back into the Patriots and Steelers running the AFC mindset. My issue with the Ravens is pretty much the same issues I have with the Jags.
