Actually, I lied. I was born in 1973. Here's me giving one of my infamous yet critically acclaimed reviews. I started it at the good part.
In a lot of ways, it sucked. People were always getting lost with no GPS and without cell phones a lot of time was wasted. Imagine it's Friday night and you just got home from work and your buddy has already found some keg party somewhere outside in some wooded area. He walks half a mile to a pay phone to call you at home on your landline and tells you you should come over. You get there an hour later and can't find him because some chicks went to a bar down the road and he wasn't sure if you'd make it so he decided not to wait for you any more. Then hear that he's at the bar and go over there and they've already left. The bar is kind of dead. You stay there and play a couple games of Pinball (yes pinball) and maybe some Asteroids or Space invaders, slam a couple beers and go back home for the night.you did????????? what was it like? i didn't, in case you didn't know
When do you snort the Oxycontin you scored? In a lot of ways, it sucked. People were always getting lost with no GPS and without cell phones a lot of time was wasted. Also, if you lived in the '80s, you would have the attention span to read all of that in one go instead of five triesIn a lot of ways, it sucked. I'm surprised that guy isn't on Network TV. Is 60 Minutes still on, and if so couldn't they use this guy to replace Andy Rooney? Here's my review yesterday. Again, I skipped to the juicy part
Well, even if it did take five tries you had plenty of time to read and reread it--there was no internetAlso, if you lived in the '80s, you would have the attention span to read all of that in one go instead of five tries
I crack up every time I hear that:I'm surprised that guy isn't on Network TV. Is 60 Minutes still on, and if so couldn't they use this guy to replace Andy Rooney?
