Phillies face Lester. Ruf at 1st and Howard is the DH. Tough game to call.

Sizemore gets on in the second against Lester drawing the walk. It is good to see Ruf at first.

Franco is in at third as well. The young guys look like they are in tonight.

Lester gets four Ks in 2 innings so far and the Phillies look like they are at least awake.

Buchanan walks Vogt and there are two A's on. This is not looking good.

Byrd juggles the hit in right and the A's score. The runner gets to third.

Buchanan serves up a left field hit and now its 2-0 A's.

That ball was hit up the middle but kicked into the outfield by Utley and Sizemore ended up with ball. The A's score again.

Three runs on four hits. Buchanan is serving up the hits on a platter and we look terrible. Looks as though the hangover continues and its only the second inning.

May 4th was the last time we were over .500. This team has flat out sucked all season long.

5 Ks for Lester and the Phillies still suck.

Wonders never cease. Howard hits a HR and the Phillies are on the board.

Byrd is on but Sizemore strikes out.

Ruf hits a pop fly and they leave Byrd stranded. Same story a thousand times over.

Nice deep catch by Franco from third base and Buchanan gets his first 1-2-3 side.

Lester has 7 Ks and Franco is ofer tonight so far.
