Sorry, I grew up in a strict Jewish household. Hesh, my father, gave me a glove for my tenth birthday, and then said "If you don't start on the team, I'm taking it back, and you owe me interest."

I wasn't going to start, but luckily, my dad had his friend talk to the coach, and everything was worked out. Here's my dad with his friend, Tom, or something

Eflin threw a nice game last night, 6 IP, 0 ER. Assuming they adjust with experience, Eflin, Eickhoff, Nola, and Velasquez might be an awesome righthanded staff within a year or two. This is also one reason I had hoped we could draft a college lefty this year, like AJ Puk.
