Perron isn't what they need. They need grit and players who can go win board battles to set up their high end skill players. Perron isn't that, he's just another skill player. He has some pest in him, as I'm pretty sure it was him who kept intentionally skating into Quick in the playoffs.
But yeah they're a weird team, they aren't building right. Eventually they need to trade some of that high end skill for hard nosed sandpaper players.
