I don't know if the laws have changed in the past 20 years(fuck I'm old), but if you go into a head shop, do not call them "bongs", they will kick you out.

One cool thing about Nebraska was you can drink and drive(unless they changed it), but the kicker is the BAC for a DUI is .05, so if you finish that beer before you get to your destination, might be in trouble.

I'm sure someone will school me if things have changed.

Nebraska is .08 which is the national standard "encouraged" by the federal government under the penalty of losing highway funds.

That is down from .15, to .12, to .10

.05 is the limit for those under the drinking age of 21. If they are under .05 they just get a MIP.

Nebraska does have the Open Container Law. Brent Mushburger can tell you all about it.

When you come to Lincoln in 2016 you can see Nebraska's.

Nebraska brings their semi trailer with the pictures of their five on them, you can see that in 2017. Wow, no picture of it on line. I will have to download one.

It made you that jealous your bladder let loose? You may want to see a physician.

Nah, I decided against it b/c I felt bad for yall after that beatdown.
Yeah that was ugly and painful. We had to curl up in the fetal position with our 5 NCs for a couple days after that.... thank God for binge drinking! :suds:

Is that new about open containers?

The Open Container Law was enacted in 1999.

In 1998 the federal govt tied it to it's list of requirements to get highway law enforcement grants.
