So here is what I got so far. I think we take A DL a LB and RB in the first 3 rounds. It may depend who falls to us. in round to determine the rest.

Personally I would like to see us go defense first. I see 2 main scenarios. Number 2 is my preference.

R1 DT Payne AL
R2 OLB Jefferson TX
R3 RB Johnson Aub

R1 OLB Landry BC
R2 DT Settle Va Tech
R3 RB Johnson Aub

There is the possiblity that Guice falls to us in R1 then we might jump there which makes it more complicated.

R1 RB Guice LSU
R2 DT Settle Va Tech or OLB Jefferson TX
R3 DT Nnadi FL St or OLB Avery Mem

What do you guys think and who do you got?
I'm a fan of your second scenario, as well. Did you read Jeff Risdon's piece the other day? He wants Landry in the first, but thinks he'll be gone before we're up. He gave a 1-7 I'd be ok with.

Good read. I am not taking a chance on a smallish DT with a heart problem with my first pick thoiugh. Also not taking an out of position lineman who only put up 19 reps on the bench in round 2. Dont get me wrong, I like Corbett but I am not taking any projects with my first 2 picks. I would wait for round 3 on him. Then its a much easier decision.

Cmon Smitty make an effort. Get out your notes and put together something more detailed.
I don't even care who the players are.

But if we draft offensive guys in the first three rounds I'll give you a list of GMs I'd like to replace Quin with.

Least favorite offseason since Suh left.

What if we only draft 2 offensive players in the first 3 rounds?

I gave up women 7 years ago. If the Lions win a Super Bowl, I'll give them one more chance.

There. I'm safe.

I am doing the annual mock draft picking for the Lions. Up in 3 picks. Only 2 dl/passrush worth the spot are left. If they go with the next 2 picks I am taking Guice.

Joshua Jackson might fall to 20, it would be a shame to pass on a corner that good.

That sounds about right then. Who were left? What happened?

Did you change avatars because they fired the wizard Caldwell who said, "You shall not pass"?

None of the players I wanted dropped off. I took Taven Bryan. The 2nd option was Harold Landry

Not bad. I like Landry better because I think he and Barkley are the only 2 that will be generational talents. Landry would have been a top 10 pick last year and only some injury issues slowed him down a bit so he may drop to 20 this year. Plus Landry can play OLB on the 3-4. He is very Von Miller like.

Still, a lot of the experts like Bryan's versatility in general. I would not complain if we ended up with him.

The guy running the draft asked me to so he can follow the picks easier.

I keep forgetting you Utahimos aren't as full of bullshit as us Texans are.

I run into this a lot when I talk curling too. Apparently no one is interested in talking strategy, not more talking about the women.

About 6 picks away. I like gambling on Arden Key if he drops, he is a dangerous pick though.

I also like Lorenzo Carter and am a big fan of Ronald Jones.

I understand. I've noticed people's eyes tend to glaze over when I start talking bowling strategy and tactics.

Is Kenny involved in these bowling strategies? Those can’t finish to well and I’m sure anybody involved would have glazed eyes. Puff puff pass...
