If you look at his draft classes and free agency signings (as well as moves like releasing Morgan Moses) I think you will be hard pressed to find anyone who had a worse record on personnel here under Dan Snyder. For that ESPN is paying him for his opinion on these prospects. LMAO.

I have said this several times, but Rivera drafted worse than any other GM like figure we had under snyder. His free agent signings were awful as well.

The roster is in the worst shape it has been in years.

Very bad string of luck. I personally think Cerrato was the worst with free agents and Rivera was the worst at drafting.
Our 2023 draft class was just rated dead last after 1 year of service. That can change of course, but it's an early indicator.

Cerrato is worst than Rivera due to cap implications. Rivera had zero ability to identify talent.
