Bustardo gives the game away. Walking two hitters in a game like this is ignorant. Manship delivers big in a wasted effort. Bustardo needs to watch reruns of Mickey Mouse club for 2 weeks as punishment!

This will not be the last Phillies game that you will fret over. There is more to come! I am still wondering why Gwynn was used as a pinch hitter instead of Mayberry. Gwynn is 2 for 20 as a pinch hitter.

I was watching gamecast. I did not know that he attempted to bunt. They looked like called strikes down the middle of the plate. Every guy with speed and little power should know how to bunt. I thought that Ryno stressed fundamentals. How pathetic!

These are basics of the game-bunting, pinch hitting, scoring... ... and we have players on our roster that are lacking. Have I ever told anyone that this franchise has a brain-dead GM and way too much money?? They are doing absolutely nothing to remedy this krap

Mayberry is 6 for 11 as a pinch hitter. Why the heck wasn't he used with risp instead of sending Manship up to bat. Ryno screwed that up. Mayberry is lousy vs RHP but Manship? Mayberry does not appear in the box score. Gwynn must go!

T remember another player named Martinez who hit below.200 every year. Yet Amaro kept bringing him back every year. We have players in the minors who can do better.

Even when this team is good, they're bad. We mostly had great relief pitching in these 3 games and lost two. It makes no sense. 2 for 14 today w/RISP.
