When you start saying he hasn’t developed QBs I’m going to leave you alone, not worth my time.

In other words, you're not capable of defending your stance. Gotcha.

What, that he can't do anything with the QBs he recruits, so he has to take QBs from other programs that already have playing experience, and he still can't win playoff games with said transfers?

Mullen tops the list.

He is able to make Felipe Franks look good.

It most certainly is true, no other team in the country has a chance with a half ass defense. Like I said, just listen, I promise you football people are saying what I’m saying.
That same thing is true of Ohio State, Alabama, Clemson, and several others.

He has put up big points against two absolute dogshit defenses. Houston might have the worst defense in the FBS this year. Hell there are two Big Ten teams that have put up more points than Oklahoma has already, so let's just dial it back about him being on a different level from anyone else on the planet. You sound like a dumbass.

Apparently you are a dumbass. I’m not saying OU will win a title this year, I’m saying they have a chance because of who is in charge of the offense. No other team in the country sniffs the playoff the last 2 years with the defense that was put out there, that’s a fact. That problem is being fixed.

The track record on offense is established, you sound ridiculous debating it.

All I know is this, if Lincoln Riley called every school and told them he wanted to come there are exactly 2 that wouldn’t fire their coach immediately. The other 2 would want to put him on retainer for a couple years if he would do it. Straight up facts. And you can add pretty much every NFL team to that list as well.

I don't buy that. He's a good coach but those aren't facts. Clemson, Bama, Georgia, Ohio State, and Washington seem pretty happy with their coaches. I'm also very skeptical that Wazzu, Notre Dame, LSU, or UNC would hire Riley right now. Count 25 or more NFL teams to that number. I don't know what Riley has done to make people fall over themselves to hire him. Get beat in the playoffs with Stoops' team? I don't care that Oklahoma beats up on the other teams in what has been the #4 P5 conference the past 5 years. Not particularly impressed with his recruiting thus far either. I also don't care that his quarterbacks get good stats in a conference where the average QB throws for 3,500 yards a season (due to defenses being (1) bad and (2) forbade from playing defense by pussy refs). You're living in a fantasy world.

We have watched, which is why we disagree with you. He can obviously earn the title you're giving him in the future, but we're talking right now.

The game is changing, a guy that cant carry Riley’s jock and got fired at Tech got an NFL job. Just sit on your hands and see what happens.

Sit on our hands? What's going to happen? We're anonymous dudes on a message board, it wouldn't affect us in any way. What the hell were you drinking today?

He's more accomplished than Riley. Chip Kelly has played for a natty.

Still got your head buried in the sand I see lol. It’s cool, I know what you are saying but what I’m saying is inevitable and all you have to do is look at who was standing on the Cardinal sidelines today to know it.

Meh LSU is supposed to have a stellar defense and friggen Tejas put up 38 points on them. Maybe, just maybe, the offenses in the the Big 12 contribute to the "bad" Big 12 defense perception?

I would add that in the past Big 12 defenses are built a bit different than most other conferences to deal with spread and tempo.

The above said, I see a different Big 12 coming about in the near future. The newer coach hires at T Tech, W Virginia and K State are cut from a different cloth. Matt Rhule also is a bit different.
