TSN reports that Nichols been suspended 4 games for being tough.
San Jose Sharks forward Scott Nichol has been suspended four games for his elbow to the head to Phoenix Coyotes defenceman David Schlemko on Monday night.

The play occurred midway through the third period. After the hit, Schlemko left the ice and did not return to action. There was no penalty called on the play.

"He got it in the head pretty hard there, got his bell rung pretty good," Coyotes' Dave Tippett said after the game.

The 36-year-old Nichol has now been suspended six times by the league during his 10-year career.

In the 2nd period, Schlemko sent Nichol dangerously into the boards with a crosscheck from behind and only got two minutes. Nichol should've been smarter with his retaliation, knowing that a head hit with any force would get him suspended by the idiots in the league office. Colorectal Campbell and Satan Bettman are just two more examples of scumbag suits in society who walk on water and have no accountability.
