We will draft a team of 24 players.

As always you can play a 3 - 4 and draft 1 - NT and 4 LB's

You can only draft 1 player per team. The player has to have played for the team you draft them for, for THREE years. No player drafted after 2005 can be selected...

We will also have a salary cap.

Each year the player was a Pro Bowler is $1M (If the player was All Pro more than a Pro Bowler that's the number for the cap hit)

The salary cap will be $110M

Just one suggestion. Change the years to 2 or 3 years, this is football, most RBs don't play more than 10 seasons. And changing teams is not as common.

Most backs don't play longer than 10 years so we should make it 2 or 3 years? Interesting logic.

How about this the player had to play for said team for 3 years but he had to be drafted prior to 2005? I just don't want people loading up on current players.

As far as the blocking back thing, I want everyone drafting the same, some draft a blocker some draft a 2nd halfback. I don't think that's a good thing.
