I actually love a lot of the older players. Would really like to see what stats would look like now. If they recorded stats like sacks pre 1982. But yu know i like the older players

I talk about the older guys with my son a lot. We've had pretty deep conversations (for a 9 year old) about guys that died while they were playing, mostly Sean Taylor, Derrick Thomas, and Pat Tillman. I told him I was pretty sure he was the only 9 year old outside of Wisconsin who knew who Don Hutson was.

They passed way too young. I think I tool Tillman in my first draft a long time ago. Remember watching him play at ASU. Great player wish we got to see more

He's starting to take an interest in football. He has some old pro set "card" booklets with some late 80s/early 90s greats. He tries to fill out a roster (doesn't have quite the personnel) and he talks about them all the time. Now it's just to get him to sit and watch a game is the hard part.
