Yep some guy was hit by a shuttle bus and there was ton of traffic. He was trying to get to the tourney and ran over the median. The police didn't know who he was or that he was in the tourney so they arrested him. I mean technically he can't do that lol

Apparently they were in rain slickers, etc. and he thought they were security guards. He's not like Tiger or Daly, so it's not like they'd know him on sight.
