Nix threw 79 pitches over 25 outs. That's 3.16 pitches per AB.

Why aren't our hitters making adjustments?

Felix actually doesn't pitch badly and gets 9 K's, and the freaking offense manages 1. 1 run. A single mother loving run.

.... Against the fucking Padres :L

This season can't end fast enough to be honest. And that's hard to say about a team that still should end with 90 wins at least.

Same ole team just different packaging. Glad I only watched the 9th inning. I would have hated to miss Anchor Ass make the last out with a K...though he did get screwed on the 2-0 pitch. Not even close.

Anchor Ass....:pound: Perfect handle for our "turd" baseman.

He definitely got screwed on that 2-0 pitch but even if he had a 3-0 count nothing changes. Guy swung at Ball 4 multiple times

Unpopular opinion and I'm not saying its all his fault or mostly his fault but at what point do you start looking at Edgar? I'm not gonna call for his head but I think its something that's worthy of discussion. I think its more on Dipoto for preaching "control the zone" but then going out and getting guys like Dee Gordon and Ryon Healy who don't. I love Edgar but he is the hitting coach and the approach and the at bats night after night make me want to puke. Its been a month plus since I have had the stomach to watch a full game because I get triggered by it way to easily

I was afraid this would happen if he was hired, that he might have to be let go someday and that would be a gigantic PR blunder for the mariners when the guy is still trying to get into the hall.

It's sad to see a guy who was the only light in the Mariners franchise for a long time become a black hole.
His arm was done after landing on the DL with "Dead Arm" last season. 400 starts, 2600+ innings... has some serious mileage on that arm.

Nice to see Seager is still being so consistent. They ought to give him a bonus because he's so consistent- can almost always count on him and know what you're gonna get. :L

Glad to see the M's strength is in their starting rotation. With their rotation and their strong offense there is no way that they will miss post season this year. :suds:
