4 SB's so far... 2 of them were at 3rd... This is ugly...

They supposedly had a PC for Elias but are obviously not honoring it... Elias could find his way back onto the DL after this game...

somehow feel's like a trade comming cant say what though ...lol...unless it is the one i have said...lol

This game really isn't worth bitching about. I mean if a team is in a pennant race and one of the teams ahead of them is guaranteed to lose and your best option is Elias, then the result should be assumed prior to game time.

I wish Cano would remember he is not the only player on the field and stay the hell away from a ball meant for an outfielder and not an infielder. Be a team player Robbie-everything doesn't revolve around you.

Finally doing something about a problem that was recognized on these boards weeks ago. Pretty typical tho. Even the obvious moves take this franchise too long to figure out

This lineup never had a chance to do anything. We insist on platooning Span and Heredia when Span hits like .280 against lefties and Heredia doesn’t hit anybody. As a result one of your 3 best hitters has started like 2 games this week against good competition in a pennant race. Servais is the fucking worst

Servais is the fucking worst

I loved hearing on Friday's game where we interviewed Dodgers current manager, but picked Servais over him but offered him a coaching job...he turned it down and only went on to manage in the World Series.

They sold us on how this group would use analytics and more outside the box thinking when making the decisions. But what we’ve gotten is a less new school approach then what Lloyd McClendon gave us.
Dee hitting lead off for like 4 months, Nicasio pitching in high leverage for 4 months and Seagar still hitting in the same spot. Not only do they come off as the opposite of what they preach but they don’t hold anyone accountable for poor performance

Yep, it's like they have to get hit over the head with a massive sledge hammer before they figure shit out and then they have to think about it for awhile to make sure they won't hurt any players sensitive feelings....and then maybe take some action. I've said it before. It's like Servais's management thinking is "constipated" and he refuses to take some of that exlax stuff to get him "go". You'll see his face in the dugout like he is totally fucking lost in space OR that classic "pouting" look he gets.

OK Scotty....let's hear your post game interview excuses this time...sheeesh- it's flat out embarrassing how this team handled this series.
Houston back on top after beating Oakland today. Tomorrow, they can begin their feast on the Mariners.

That is so Servais- pretty much makes it hard to believe anything he says these days. Gamel should be in the M's line up IMO

So a lucky win sandwiched between two games they got entirely punched in the dick.

Great.

psychology does not go by the numbers and stats....you can see the effects of it ..in numbers and stats

but it is the human factor... that lou often had a handle on...team psych....when you do that...every player tows a certain line
that they knew with lou where they where...cuz that is how it was in those days...lou had the pulse of his team(so to speak)

cuz of that he knew when to throw a.... lou fit...kik dirt and bases while pointing and waiving arms and hands at umpires

to break the tension of his own players..and throw the other team of track...hopfully(did not always work....but somtimes it did...lol)...and when it did not at least lou got some of his own frustration out...and the fans and players could understand that..........the human factor
