A team isn't supposed to have a national TV game on the 2nd night of a back to back.
That was the directive here:

"We [at] the league office can do a better job at looking at, obviously, the prior night in terms of back-to-back, but also the several days leading up to that game so that players are at peak performance for those games," Silver later said, per Aschburner.

I've been monitoring this during the season, and I couldn't find a team having a national TV game on the 2nd night.
But, now it looks like Minnesota does.
They played Portland last night, and will play Utah tonight.
