A prospect I have been a fan of is Ryan Yarbrough. Right now he is playing for the Blaze. I mentioned earlier this season I would be keeping an eye on him. Tonight he had his 3rd start of the season. He went 6 innings allowing 4 hits, 1 BB, 0 ER and 6 K's.

Right now he is 2-1 through 3 starts and has a 1.23 ERA, 22 IP only 3 ER so far. Keep an eye on him.

Hultzen getting his first start of the season with Jackson Generals today. I am going to try and follow the game. Maybe give some updates on how he is doing. I don't expect him to pitch to deep but it will be interesting to see how well he does.

Danny Hultzen's line for AA Jackson: 3 1/3 IP, 3H, 1R, 0ER, 1BB, 4K, 56 pitches. His first start in 20 months after shoulder surgery.

Yeah I didn't have a chance to follow Hultzen pitch today. But based on his line he seems to have had a pretty good game. I think the real test comes when he gets stretched out a little more and goes deeper into games and goes through the lineup a few times.

Ryan Yarbrough got shelled yesterday. 7 ER in 3.2 IP. LOL! Shouldn't have brought him up, I may have jinxed him.
