You know its nice having the younger guys but lets be real. He is a upgrade at the FB position and a much better blocker. This will help our offense in Pass protection AND run blocking.

Great news. I hope whatever health problems he had before are behind him because he really is a difference maker for us.

Great blocker, yes, but I think he might give us the biggest boost in the red zone, where we've often seen him roll out for shallow passes and pound into the endzone. Looking forward to Mike Rob being back

Getting robinson and harvin back should help give a nice boost to this offense. We know how bad the blocking has been and a fresh healthy MR is going to have an immediate impact in both passing and the running game.

I mean of course we still need our mains back on the OL, but this will sure help.

Yup, you should watch his press conference video on the seahawks website. He talked in depth about what happened and how he almost suffer liver and kidneys failure. So glad he's ok and back with the Hawks now.
