Game Thread: Lakers @ Pacers

Finally get to watch one. Was out of town last week through the weekend, so I've missed the first 3. Early start too, which helps this Midwesterner.

I have to record the game with these early starts and catchup when I get home from the office/gym. I have to stay offline once the game starts because I don't want the result to be spoiled. The one good thing though is that I get to fast-forward through the commercials!

Might be able to see the first half. Its an early one (11pm local time) but I have to be up by 7am to go to work in the morning.

Good seeing them come back. They are competitive and don't quit. They should eventually learn how to close out games. Takes awhile.

That was a fun game. Had a chance to win against a solid Indy team on the road. That's a good thing for a young team.

It was good to hear Luke getting on them a little bit in his post game interview. Said he thought they'd have been more intense at the start of the game.

"I would've thought after losing two games, we would have come out champing at the bit to play again and try to win. I don't know why we didn't come out with the intensity and hunger we should after early losses."

Part of the learning process is learning how to respond to losses.
