I don't think Cousins would want to finish his career here. Also, I'm entertaining a draft haul for #2. There are legit concerns about both guys, I'm thinking the only major concern about JJ is arm strength, which can improve

Imo, feels like Kirk's agent sees our cap space and is using the Skins to bring Minnesota to the table. You never know though.

If anyone here hasn't learned by now, Cousins is about maximizing his best interest, always has. He is a FA, he is coming off injury, this will be his last contract likely, he and his agent by any means effective, will maximize his last opportunity to cash in. It won't be a 1 year bet on myself deal.
