How's the kiddo doing? Good, I hope?

She's real good.. super smart already knows full abc's, can count 1-20, and knows all the colors of the rainbow. She's actually 23 months, so the terrible two deal has started early. She figures things out so quick it's scary.

No way. This is plenty haha I can't do this again.

She ended up sabotaging me last night, as I said in my previous post, and I totally missed the draft. My goalies suck and I have 2 good forwards.. Nothing like being reminded of a sh---y draft all season! haha oh well ... Lemons and lemonade and all that bs

many of my wingers can play both and some centers can play wing as well. I don't think assists are going to be an issue for me this season. If Thomas pans out in Florida I think I may have the best trio of goaltenders

though I don't have any kids I'm pretty sure I was still in high school when I started posting. I've now graduated with a bachelor's degree and have started my career in broadcasting :O

Crazy, I remember when you started college and moved to MI (?). Good for you, I remember telling you to don't stop and finish it up while you can. I made so many mistakes in my life it wasn't even funny, and school was one of them, since it took me 18 years to finish a damn 4 year degree. Didn't want to see you wander aimlessly like I did until almost my mid 30s.

Congrats on the career, put your app in for when Miller leaves and call the Kings games.

Sounds like my kids. Every one of them is smart, and Little Puck II and Jr. I knew their ABCs and numbers by sight by the time they were both 2.

True story: someone I know has twin boys who she paraded around like they were the grandest kids on the planet. My kids can do this, that, look at them, blah blah blah. And don't even get me started on the "I have twins" thing, she acted like they were the only ones. Truth is there are tons of twins and it isn't that uncommon anymore. Welcome to the real world lady, your kids are like every other kid.

So her twins are almost a year older than both my 2 and 3 year old and when they interacted mine ran circles around them. Letters, alphabets, behavior, demeanor. Pretty sure she was embarrassed because she propped them up so much.

Needless to say whenever she knows I'll be somewhere with my little ones, she doesn't show up.

Kids have a way of doing that.

Been a long time for a Pucky SNAFU but I actually went to the ER Wed night with possible pancreatitis or appendicitis. Blood and CT scans showed nothing, but my insides hurt bad the last 3 days starting Tues night. The scary part is the CT report said all my internal organs were in "unremarkable condition". My eyes damn near popped out of my head thinking of all the abuse alcohol and what not had done to me because of bad choices earlier in my life.

My point: life happens, at least mine wasn't until Wed night. Enjoy the kid while you can, they grow up fast.

Overall not too bad, although some of the autopicks were a bit surprising. Just going to roll into 2013-14 with these guys and see how they do. I have a feeling one of my guys will be a steal of the draft, I'm good for finding one of those almost every season whether by accident or on purpose.
