John McClain (Titans expert) on the radio right now saying that will be the most important thing to find out. Is Wiz sold on Jake Locker or not?

I hope he is because I think we were all impressed with him last season. We can win playoff games with Locker, IF he stays healthy.

It's also going to be interesting to see who our DC will be. Gregg Williams?

I don't see Whiz going against Locker. If anything he might bring in a more proven veteran to back him up if one is out there. Fitzpatrick isn't really "insurance" IMO.

I dont think there is anything Wiz can't do with any talent on an offence... And hell yea he will do great things for Locker!!!

But will he be able to run the team collectively!!! He had great success his first year in Arizona because the Cardinals were mostly ex-Steeler players that knew his system!!!

I always liked Wiz, and i wish him nothing but the best!!!! I hope he kicks some ass for ya Hammer!!!

Nice. I had him as the best available out of all the potential candidates when the season ended. I'm a little shocked he chose the Titans over the Lions though. I suppose he sees the Titans as having more flexibility to do what he wants. Wiz did well as an OC in Pit and was good as a HC in Arizona. The wheels came off once Warner retired but I'm willing to overlook that because they had some dreadful QBs. It helps that he obviously made a positive impact on Rivers in SD this year. I anticipate the Titans will draft a QB to compete with Locker so whoever wins the job, having Wiz around should definitely be a plus in development.

I always liked Ken. He had some shitty QB's to work with in AZ (minus Warner who helped lead him to the Super Bowl) which is why he was eventually canned. I thought he was the best option out there. Good hire.
